Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Et-Tmara Construction Est. was established in 1979 with the aim of participating in the growth and development of the nation. It was an individually owned firm and was involved in the small contracts of finishing works and has since grown to the present position, witnessing strides of progress while working for both government and private sectors.

Looking at the finishing products market we strongly felt it was long overdue that the typical flooring materials such as marble, ceramic and carpet were replaced by a totally new material. Thus in the year 2001 Et-Tmara Hardwood Floors, a specialty flooring division was formed which launched hardwood flooring products for the first time in the region. These days that Hardwood Flooring has become a fashion in the residential sector and the commercial sector as well.


Tmara Hardwood Floors is proud to claim to be the pioneer in this industry and represents in the Middle East the world’s No. 1, Mirage Floors of Canada, for the high end market and the top German manufacturer TERHÜRNE geared towards the medium and low end market. Tmara Hardwood Floors is managed by professionals who have been adequately trained in Canada and have acquired considerable knowledge in the field, supported by highly skilled Canadian trained flooring installers. The sales team is well trained in the field of customer service and after sales service by Canadian experts.

A 100% climate controlled central warehouse carries a sizable inventory of the flooring products capable to meet the immediate hardwood flooring  needs in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Another warehouse is located in Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates. Tmara Hardwood Flooring is equipped with two showrooms in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh and Jeddah. and a showroom in Dubai where customers can see and feel for themselves the warmth and beauty of hardwood flooring.
 

We further feel pride in being the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE distributor of Mirage flooring for the middle east. Based in Canada, Boa-Franc, the manufacturer of Mirage hardwood flooring, is the only manufacturer to have been awarded the ISO 9002 Certification controlling all the phases of the manufacturing process from the selection of raw material to the delivery of the finished product with its state of art technology.
 


Boa-Franc devotes 100% of its production capability to Mirage prefinished hardwood floors. Combined with ingenuity and the resourcefulness of its experienced and meticulous employees, this know-how has propelled the company up the ladder as the Canadian leader in the manufacturing of solid prefinished hardwood floors  

 

Mirage's Engineered Flooring is designed to withstand the local climate conditions in the Gulf region, and more importantly it can be glued down directly on the finished concrete in addition to the nailed down application A large inventory is always held at our climate-controlled warehouses in Riyadh and Dubai. We equipped with Canadian trained installers and backed by professional architects and engineers for complete design services and exceptional customer support. All our products are displayed in our showrooms. A visit to one of our showrooms would prove it all.

We are also the sole distributors for the finest German hardwood flooring. Terhürne floors meet the highest requirements with regard to aesthetics, character, appearance and functionality.
